Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Kim, Melisa, and Nara! Initially, I was worried about whether they would be willing to book an appointment for me, since my issue is not that serious. However, it was something that happened consistently enough to impact my wellbeing. The administrative assistant, Nara, was very patient in answering my confusing questions. She was not at all judgemental, and helped to fit me in for the soonest appointment as there was a cancellation. This was very helpful for me, especially since I was already feeling panicked. I was booked with Dr. Kim - he and Melisa (dental assistant) were both very kind and funny, which made the experience much more calming and even enjoyable! The whole process was smooth, and patient education was thorough. Never did they made me feel like I was rushed despite my issue only being something minor. Basically everyone feels anxious when it comes to dentist appointments so, if you don’t want to feel that way, this is the right place to visit. Thank you 😊

I've been seeing Dr. Yun at Doncrest Dental Centre for several years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Dr. Yun is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and he always takes the time to explain every treatment option thoroughly. Over the years, he helped straighten my teeth, and most recently I had the Bioclear treatment done. The results have been amazing. What I love most is that the change looks so natural—people around me keep telling me I look different and refreshed, but they can't quite figure out what has changed. The best part is that my smile looks better than ever, and I feel so much more confident when I smile. Dr. Yun has an excellent eye for aesthetics and truly cares about achieving the best possible outcome for his patients. The entire team is professional, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Yun to anyone looking for a skilled, caring dentist who combines technical expertise with great aesthetic judgment.

Dr. Siu was so kind to fit my appointment in quickly and more last minute because I was in a lot of pain! I appreciate how patient and informative she was with me and I had a great experience with the other clinic staff like the receptionists (especially Yogita!) and dental staff. I’ve heard great things about other dentists here as well, although I personally saw Dr. Siu. Thank you very much Doncrest Dental.

We visited today for my 8-year-old daughter and we’re very happy with everything! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming right from the moment we walked in. They were so patient and great with her, which made her feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. All our questions were answered clearly, and the treatment was done gently and professionally. We really appreciate how child-friendly the office is. Thank you for taking such good care of her — we’ll definitely be back!
